Our work history encompasses many areas of North Carolina into Virginia, and we work with a large amount of dance schools and dance affiliates throughout each year. Videography
We provide a single-camera or a multi-camera setup depending on your need. Most dance performances benefit the most from a two-camera setup, so that is our recommendation. Proper audio recording is highly important, so we bring our own sound board to ensure accuracy. We also provide both audience and tap mics to add real atmosphere while viewing during playback.
Photography
Dance performances and competitions also need photography and we provide action photos and posed-portraits upon request. Action shots are taken during the performances and the portraits are done either before or after the event.
Choreography
Choreography is one of the most important and most noticeable aspects of dance. We take great strides to capture the essence of your design and show it in the best quality possible. Many of our organizations use our wide-angle camera shot of the performance as a vessel to review their choreography during the off-season.
Dance Performances and Live Events
Each season brings with it a different presentation for the organizations we serve. Our Spring schedule is filled with performances and recitals to mark the end of their year. We also provide videography and photography for dance competitions during this time. Summer is the period for rest and growth, so our dance schedule is fairly thin. Fall picks back up with competitions and workshops. Many of these conclude the yearly review for the dancers involved and rewards are given. And then in the winter, we shoot ballets and Christmas-themed performances to round out the year.
